After receiving an order unworn items can be returned within 14 days without giving any reason. Please fill the application of withdrawing from the agreement here and address the return to email@example.com.
Items should be returned new, unused, with original non-damaged packaging, all barcodes and tags attached and suitable for reselling. If the product doesn’t meet anymore this requirements, then the e-shop will not return the money to the customer.
RETURNING THE ITEM
We look at the items in process of selecting very carefully, as we also do before sending it by post to buyer. In case the item does not correspond to the description in order, please notify us immediately but no later than within 2 months after receiving the order. We ask you to send the respective information to the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org noting your contact details, number of order, the purchase date, the description and the claim submitted to us. Please fill in the withdrawal application, send it please back to us with items in original package and all included labels, s0 we will refund you the full paid value of the items and delivery costs of order (postal costs of sending goods from us to customer).
The delivery charge for return the items should be paid by customer, because we would like to keep our prices for goods and delivery costs as low as possible and there are not included probable costs of return. In case customer will return part of the order, then postal costs will be calculated and refunded in proportional way (for example is it was 2 items in order and postal costs 2.50€, we will refund in case of return of 1 item 1.25 €).
If customer, who would like to return the goods or to change them, is located in Tallinn or in the vicinity of Tallinn, then customer is not paying the postal fee for return, because we come to pick it up in agreed time.
EXCHANGING THE PRODUCT
In case you would like to exchange the item, please inform us about it by e-mail email@example.com. In case we still have in our stock the desired item in needed size, we will ask you to fill the return form, send it please back to us with item in original package and all included labels. Please write on application which item would you like to return and which one to have instead (code, colour and desired size). If the size didn’t fit you and you would like to exchange it for the other size, it’s possible to inform us about it within 14 days from receiving the order. In case we still have desired product and size in our stock available, we will exchange it. In case it’s not in stock anymore, we will offer if possible the alternative products and refund the full value of the items in case no product can replace the desired item. Postal costs of the return of items are paid by the customer. In case the price of alternative product is higher than price of item which is already paid by customer, then the price difference should be paid and product to return should be received by us before we will send out the new product.

Exception: in case customer in Tallinn or in the vicinity of Tallinn would like to exchange or return goods, customer needs to inform us within 14 days from order by firstname.lastname@example.org. After that we agree with customer about the time when we will come to pick it up (it’s free of charge for customer).
REFUNDING THE MONEY
The refund of full value of the items and delivery charge, except postal costs for return, will be made as soon as possible but no later than within 14 days from receiving the returned goods and withdrawal application.
We have the rights to be in delay with refund until we have received the returned product.
Your refund will be credited to the same bank account used to make the original payment.
