E-store www.elizabeth-boutique.eu delivers goods to all the European Union countries and also to other countries as it will be agreed with customer.
On placing the order you will receive an automated email, where you will find a confirmation and number of order. A bit later you will receive also the tracking number. With the tracking number you can check the journey of your parcel.

When ordering products from our e-store you can choose from the following delivery options:
Omniva automatic parcel point – Ordering to an automatic parcel point is very convenient thanks to their good locations, long opening hours and no queues. You will receive a text message on your mobile phone on the arrival of the package, which contains the location of the automatic parcel point and the door code.
Itella SmartPOST automatic parcel point – Ordering to an automatic parcel point is very convenient thanks to their good locations, long opening hours and no queues. You will receive a text message on your mobile phone on the arrival of the package, which contains the location of the automatic parcel point and the door code.
Parcel to a post office – Postal service will notify you upon the arrival of the parcel in the post office. On the notification you will find the location of the post office and your parcel’s holding period.
Omniva courier – When ordering with the Omniva courier your pack will arrive at your chosen address. The courier will call you on arrival. If you are unavailable at the time of the delivery, the parcel will be left at the post office for seven calendar days. You will find a notification in your letterbox which contains the holding information and the name of the post office, from where you can pick up your parcel.
DPD Pickup international service – has over 300 pickup points all over Baltics and also other countries. Buyer will receive message with number and location of the parcel, after that it can be already picked up in pickup point within 7 days. In case of return the goods, it’s possible to return the parcel comfortably in Pickup point within 14 days.
DPD private international service – the courier will deliver the goods where needed, from door-to door, on address which is chosen by buyer. Before delivery the customer will receive the message about it (it’s possible also to change the address of delivery and time).
I will pick up from boutique and will agree about time in advance – in case of this option any fees for delivery will not be added, but your Order will be waiting for you in our boutique in Tallinn, Weizenbergi 20B. We kindly ask you before to come to agree about pick up time (firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +372 566 16 440).
Customs and import duties
Various customs and import duties may be added when sending goods out of European Union, which must be paid on the arrival of the parcel in the country of destination. These duties are paid by the receiver of the parcel. As the tax and customs policy may vary greatly in different countries, we recommend you to turn to the local customs or tax board’s representation for additional information.
The orders are completed and dispatched latest within 3 working days after placing the order. The arrival of the pack depends on the postal service. During holidays and sale periods the delivery times may be longer than usually. We will keep you inferomed about that and we thank you in advance for your understanding.
